O' Come Let Us Adore Him

At long last- a dream that planted itself in the Spring of 2007 one night while sleeping came true yesterday evening. A long story with a happy ending, or shall we say- beginning. Tyler was a terrific Baby Jesus in the St. Aloysius Christmas Concert. Every year we look forward to this special event as a way to celebrate the true meaning of Christmas. We were so blessed to have our special gift be a part of the beauty of the Season. Mary and Joseph were amazing performers and sweet, gentle and kind with our sweet Baby Tyler. We tried to enclose a little clip of the song between the two star performers.... Ben was an amazing performer as well. The entire student body signing to Silent Night was enough to move most anyone to tears. Bravo to all at the musicians- such a memorable event. And, yes, we adore him.

That picture of him is adorable. Did you do that with the new camera! Love it! Can't wait to watch the video of the show

Feels like Home...

Did you ever come to a place and instantly recognize it as your ‘Ultima Thule,’ the one spot in all God’s world where you belonged- where your roots could go deep into the soil which would forever nourish you, where inspiration and spiritual blessing welled up from the earth to the top of the tallest Tamarack, spread to the encasing bowl of sky, return on every waterway to feed you everlastingly? Such a spot, so it seemed to me, was Priest Lake. ~ Nell Shipman, 1924
